VOLUNTEER

Volunteering is a great way to get involved within your local community. Giving a few hours of your time really can make a positive difference to someone’s life.

You can benefit too! Volunteering is hugely satisfying and rewarding. You can meet new people, learn new skills, and have some fun along the way.

We have various roles here at the Bromyard Foodbank and Money Advice Centre which you could help with, you don’t need specific skills, everyone is welcome.

Take a look below, then fill in the short application form to join us, or if you need further information call or email (info@bfandmac.org.uk).

Drivers

Collect donations from our local collection points and bring them to the Foodbank and deliver food parcels to recipients around Bromyard and the Parishes.

Foodbank Helpers

Pack our food parcels for collection or delivery, manage stock, and help with shopping.

Fund Raisers

The Bromyard Foodbank is a registered charity, and we rely on donations from both individuals and businesses to keep us going. If you are a good communicator and can help to gain support for a really worthy cause, we’d love to hear from you!

Money Mentors

Money Mentors are trained to offer advice specific to each person’s needs. They give help and support to help people to become debt free, whilst working towards financial stability. During the advice process, service users will also be taught budgeting and money management skills, to ensure they have control over their finances, enabling them to remain debt free in the future.
