Our food parcels usually contain up to 7 days of food (including fresh, chilled and frozen) - sufficient to feed a family whether there is one of you or many, including pets. Essential household items (cleaning products, toilet rolls, tooth paste and shampoo) are also available.

We are happy for you to collect your parcel when we are open or we can provide a discreet delivery service.
